Cancellation policy
The following cancellation policy applies to all our events
Cancellations from:
10 weeks of the event date will produce an 80% refund
6 weeks of the event date will produce a 60% refund
4 weeks of the event date will produce a 25% refund
2 weeks of the event date will produce no refund
Focus Professional starts event preparation up to 1 year before the event. We recommend you to transfer your seat to any of your colleagues if you can’t attend the event after registration. Cancellations with short notice have serious implications and affect the feasibility of the event.
